Ramona’s (cfo)  expertise as a FINANCIAL CONTROLLER ranges from Fortune 500, pre-IPO start-ups and small companies (FINANCE MANAGER - People En Espanol Magazine at Time, Inc., NYC. MANAGER - FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING & MANAGER - FINANCIAL CONTROLS at Geller & Company, Inc., NYC. DIRECTOR of ACCOUNTING & FINANCIAL OPERATIONS at Handy Technologies, Inc., NYC.). In 2015, she founded FiBrick Financial Services, NYC, https://www.fibrickfinancialservices.com/ to provide integrated accounting, tax, and outsourced CFO services to assist startups and mid-size firms navigate the ever-changing dynamics of business finances.

She earned a MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University, her BA in Accounting from Baruch College and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Ramona is bi-lingual (English, Spanish, and some Italian), an is in NYC.

Ramona is a mentor at Baruch’s mentorship programs (Executives on Campus and Shadow Partners), participates as a speaker in Baruch’s entrepreneurship class and at Pace’s Beta Alpha Psi lecture series.

Gaetano (build-out operations) began developing his work ethic at the age of 5 at his family’s small sports accessory business in Italy. During the week, he helped his dad assembling products and on weekends accompanied his dad delivering and taking new orders. From 1985-2016, Gaetano worked full-time in the family business, Gua Giu sas, in Milan, Italy, where he developed leadership, management, people, and conflict resolution skills while working in different and various roles, e.g., managed financial and statistical budgets and records, reviewed performance indicators, maintained relationships with suppliers, negotiated terms of contracts, sourced new suppliers, and was deeply involved with the marketing and branding as Production Manager, Retail Store Manager and General Manager. He earned his High School Diploma (Engineering) from P. Hensenberger in Monza, Italy. Gaetano formally studied piano from age 11-14 and continues to play today. From 1986-2002, he was actively involved in martial arts specializing in kick boxing earning a third degree black belt, competing nationally and internationally as an assistant coach. He still periodically practices martial arts both for physical and mental discipline. From 1989–1998, he participated in community service providing services to persons in need ranging from simple (yoga) to complicated civil protection (evacuation and survival after a natural disaster, e.g., earthquake). Mike (founder/ceo-gm) has significant & meaningful expertise in various B2B and B2C sectors and particularly meaningful experience in food service bringing the hands-on experience of starting a business from scratch.    He founded and bootstrapped a pizza business with involvement in everything from a to z. He designed a unique model and was involved in all aspects of the build-out, performing most of the work himself and directing and assisting tradesmen when he couldn’t do the work himself. His execution of the business plan included product development, testing and perfection, creation of all manuals, training, IT implementation, coordination of legal compliance activities and filings, HR, marketing, cooking, delivering, and everything related to day-to-day operations including replacing seals on and cleaning toilets. Name it and he did it.

He earned his MBA ('97) at The University of Chicago Booth GSB, pursued various post-graduate continuing education courses including at Columbia University Graduate School of Business and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and earned his BA at Florida International University.
